Un-Necessary deduction of Amount

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM
Sir,
This is to inform you that I am a resident of jamshedpur Jharkhand bearing Reliance GSM mobile no. 9835155261.The problem which I am facing since last few months is that without my prior permission some of the services are being activated and the corresponding amounts are being deducted from my balance.I have tried several times to de-activate the services through sms as well as through the of Reliance customer care but no satisfactory result has been achieved yet.So i request you to please look into the matter and try to solve the problem at the earliest.
