I had purchased Creative WebCam from Mr. Vivek Aggarwal,Positivetech Computers in August, 2010 for Rs.600.The webcam delivered had audio problem.It was returned to him.He told he will get it repaired.When after 2 month he repaired and bought it back it had video problems.Then he took it for repairing and after 3 months he gave a new UMAX webcam which again had audio problem.When i contacted him regarding the problem he told i cannot do anything now.
