I was using 3G net from Reliance communication and disconnect the connection in November Month 2013. Their customer care contact me and offer less plan but i was un happy with service. I was agree to active connection again only on one condition that their technical department will visit my place and check the problem but no body has visited and they have activated account again without any confirmation. They have send bill for December and January. Now their collection agent asking for money from my side.
