airtel cellular is making fraud transaction

Respected Sir/Mam my name is kapil azad sharma I am using an airtel postpaid no which is activated on some free plans. the problem is that due to there technical problem my free plan amount is counted which was not yet counted and they have maken my unbilled amount more than the bill plan and I am continuously contacting customer care they put the my call on hold and after some time they disconnected the call I have also visited the service centers they says contact to customer care and since from last one month I am contacting them and they are not listening hence I have talked mr.dinesh sharma who is senior supervisor he tells me that your data which is on free plan is counted that’s why your amount is increasing he says gives me 48 hours I will correct the amount and mail a new bill to your billing address I have talked him on 24 feb and till now I have not yet receive any conformation biil and now also its the same and today I have contacted customer care 4 to 5 times.
please solve the problem they are making my fraud transaction and they are thinking the new way to earn money from customers.
