UG Software is worst company in India.
They are doing fraud with their employees.
They have a training center in the company where they take money from unemployed students promising jobs and interviews and make them fool. They don’t provide proper training to students.
In company very bad environment. The HR of company is very very bad. At the time of taking money HR will talk very politely but after that they will not pick up your calls.they will not conduct any interview for you. If you will try to call you they will behave like animals with you.
I worked here as a trainee but at the time of increment they fired me and did not gave my salary. Its too bad to work in UG.
Now when I am trying to contact them they are not receiving my call if receiving behaving very badly. HR have no manners how to talk. They only know how to take money.
