We have placed an Order for UBISLATE 7+ in November 2011. We have paid the full payment of INR 2999, on 11th February, 2012 (we paid in full because DATAWIND says, if you pay full, you get faster delivery)….Now it is nore than 5 months, and we keep on getting confirmation for the delivery within 10 days since March 2012.

Nothing new or unique has happened with you. It is the fate of us Indians that we fall prey to such lucrative offers and waste our hard earned money to such fraudulent companies who try to cheat innocent people and out of the amount gathered the shares of all people sitting up in government is sent and hence no complaints against them is heard anywhere in the country.
As per the figures published by Datawind in April the company had Pre-bookings of more that 30 lakh devices and thousands of new bookings flowing in each day through their web site. Even if 10 % of the people have made pre payments the amount collected by the company croses Rs. 90 Crores and the interest at 4% simple interest on this amount comes to 30 lacs a month.
Is the Law and order in the country blind not to see such scandals happening or they just want to close their eyes to such incidents just because they have received their shares. This is a matter that needs to be investigated.
But for ordinary persons like you and me we can just sit down and see our hard earned money being eaten up by these fraudsters, discuss the same in blogs or just post it on some consumer forums sites and after some years forget about it because a sum of three thousand rupees is not worth remembering for long or wasting our time running after it. We will make much more if we concentrate on our work. This is our attitude. And due to this People like Mr. Tuli take advantage that people will forget their small sums but the fact is that with these small sums he has made Millions.
