Name of company/service: Tata Motors Ltd.+ Speed Motors Chandigarh
We had Purchased a Tata Venture Regstt. no. HR 68A 4594 which is having problems of one kind or the other in the Engine or Other parts from the Day it has been Purchased from Speed Motors Chandigarh. We are also not getting Service Support from the authorised agency, sometimes the Part is not Available and we have to leave the vehicle in the agency for getting it repaired and this leads to loses and Harrassment to us in order to manage the work without Our vehicle.
We also think that this piece Might be a defected one which has been sold to us as it has to be sent for repairs again and again which again involves harrassment in terms of managing the work without the vehicle and also involves Cost incurred.
We Want that the Consumer Forum will resolve the issue and help solving the problem.
