Ubislate 7+ still not received.

Name of company/service: Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

I had applied online for pre booking ubislate7+ on 25th march 2012 with datawind innovations pvt. ltd.
My booking reference was: PM88F98
I had sent a cheque drawn in favour of : “datawind innovations pvt ltd”
cheque no 475941 of Rs.2999/= on Central Bank of India, Lake Town branch(kol-89). The cheque got cleared on 12th April 2012. My a/C no with Central Bank of India is 1782883113
Their website mentions a period of 5-7 business days within which they were supposed to deliver the tablet, but as in my case 4 months have already expired and have still not received the tablet.
