Dear Sir,
I Mohammed Imran Shariff had applied for tikona broadband dated 7th may 2012. My Application id is- 50000020923899 and registered contact number- 9880514266. I had handed over Rs.500 to the sales representative Mr.Anthony raj who promised me of service consulting with his manager Mr.Jayram without showing me the demo of the service.
As the technician arrived for installation in a weeks time, he claimed that the service is not feasible. When tried to contact the sales rep and his manager, they switched off there phones on second attempt of mine. When contacted tikona call center, supervisor promised me a refund within 30 days. I have been following it up but as per the recent contact, the call center is clueless on the refund as they claim that the cheque has been dispatched on 29th may but i have not received it yet. They also say that i have a 2nd active account but as per my knowledge i have do not have any service with them. The call center is clueless on the same information too.
The supervisors kept promising me dates, have spoken to 5 supervisors, more then 15 agents till date but none have served me with accurate information including the Head – Customer Service Quality Mr. Sunil Nair.
Most importantly, as pe my latest conversation, the agent of the call center informed me that none of the supervisor and managers are willing to assist me on the issue and ended the call.
I have shoot mails, called them multiple times but looks a fraud play till date. I have spent lot of time to reach out to them as well as did take a loss for no service as missed out on a personal financial task for which i wanted the broadband service. However i opted for another service provider who has served the best with no complaints till date.
Request you to please consider the complaint and provide a strict action.
