I have pre-ordered Ubislate7+ tablet in 22nd March with booking ID PM3886497E1E. Then I received a mail for advance payment of Rs 2999/- to get the product in April. I send a cheque on 27th March. The cheque was cleared on 5th April. When I called datawind.com they told me that I will get my tablet by 15th May. When I have not received the product by the promised date then I called again, they told that I will get my tab by 15th June. When not received, I tried again to contact them through phone # 18001802180 (message saying – “service to the dialed number is temporarily withdrawn”) and via email/putting messages on the site (datawind.com). But till now no response from their end either thru email or call. I can’t also call as the number 18001802180 is out of service.
Now I would like to request a refund of Rs 2999/- which I paid in March 2012, as the product is not delivered till now.
