TWICE COLLECTION OF MONEY FOR A SINGLE BOOKING

Sir,

I booked my tickets through Yatra.com on 11.06.2012 for a trip to NEWDELHI & BACK. Usually I always book my tickets through my credit card only. On that particular time after making all entry my credit card did not processed due to linkage problem. So I took the help of support team of Yatra.com. They informed the referencenumber and asked me if i amhaving net banking facility log on & make paymentas such I made the payment it was succesfull fir whixch I got the tickets also.

To my surprise the same amount has been collected through credit card also for which i was in dark for one month, while my statement of card came i came to know An amount of 21776/- has been paid through my credit card and as well as through my account.
I requested Yatra.com to refund the amount. Yatra.com has declined the refund and informed me to contact the bank.
This is very unfortunate to say that Yatra.com should take keen interest and to help the consumer to get back the amount.

I request you to kindly take down the complaint after acknowledgement I am gouing to give you details & proof for this related issue.

I hope you will justify the issue at an early date
