Pathetic Customer service

Name of company/service: Aircel/Dishnet Limited

Dear Team,
I have an aircel connection.
Last month on 5th June the outgoing were barred as cr limit got exceeded.
There was no intimation, SMS or call.
I was told that due to network problem the communication did not go through.

However same thing was repeated again this month, but this time the losses were huge for me.

I was in roaming when the services were disrupted(both incoming and outgoing).

I was setting up a new school and this is admission time.

I lost on that front plus the consignment was coming from Delhi whcih was delayed as I was not available on phone.

The work in progress also stopped in the premise since I was not contactable.

The mental agony and harassment was unbearable.
You can see the no. of times I approached them for speedy resolution.

It four days now and almost one day after deposition for bill.

Just see if you can do something one my behalf.

If not much, just arrange for Managing Director or Ceo’s email id would suffice.
