I have placed the online order on 13th of August(Order #FFLUBBJES) and till now I haven’t received my order. I have called them up at least 20 times and everytime they tell me the same story that my ordered will be delivered in next 48 hours and they are doing to escalate this. When I ask the customer care executive to transfer the call to his manager ,because since so many days no further action has been taken, he always tell me that the manager is currently not available and he promised me many times that he is going to call me back when the manager is back, but he never call back. Even upon internet search I found that many people has faced the similar kind of issue with this Trendin brand which is part of Aditya Birla Nuvo. The kind of customer service they are providing is really horrible and not at all acceptable. So guys don’t buy anything from this brand.
