Travel Chacha is not returning refund from many months.

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Travel Chacha

I cancelled my flight ticket in the month of December.Its been 6 months but they are not giving the refund. They don;t reply to e-mails, and every time i call them they say they will return the money in 24 hrs, but that 24 hrs never comes.

    I have worked as an employee with Travelchacha and in the first month I knew that the company was a fruad

    Hey Indermeet, could you please let the consumer;s know, why is it the customer care says evrybdy that we will refund the money and they don’t..Are they been told my travel chacha senior management to do this ?
