Fraud Company

HI,

My Name is Jayaprakash C from Bangalore, i having a Wi5 broadband connection User ID : NT53225 form 29-Jan-2012. From the date of new connection, the broadband service was good, so after completion of 3 months validity, i recharged for another 3 months (Bill no : 285881 & 285863 Total Rs. 2448 on 3-May-2012)as it is a prepaid connection. Form the date for new recharge there is no service(no internet connection)and raised a complaint to consumer service 9353099000. But till now there is no repair of service or refund of amount.
My Complain is to refund my amount as soon as possible with interset.
Please knidly do the needfull.
