I had given my External Transcend 500GB Hard Drive for replacement at ACCEL FRONTLINE, ANDHERI on Feb-13-2013–3:13PM
I was told I would receive my HDD in 45 days.
Today is April-07-2013 and i have still no clue if i m gonna get my HDD back or not…
When status is checked on http://myservice.accelwms.in/ it shows
Defective Item Status – Blocked for Allocation – Escalated Items
Defective Item Status Date – 2/22/2013 9:55:07 AM
So poor service offered by TRANSCEND AND ACCEL
I WANT MY HDD ASAP !!!!
WHERE DO I REPORT A COMPLAINT ON THIS FRAUD
