Dear Team,

I Bipin Maurya, was activated insurance cum investment policy under “DLF Pramerica life insurance “policy in the month of Nov’30 2012 with all required document. Amount got deducted on 10th Dec 2012 and in the same month policy document dispatched to my mailing address as said executive of DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company. As per executive, packet delivery was assigned to Blue dart AWB # Z76830479
But was not delivered to me and got returned to DLF Pramerica life insurance company head office.

By investigating I come to know all this things and again requested to send same packet to me. Now this time packet was assigned to Overnite Express Ltd AWB # 7953822531 on 25th Mar 2013.

Said document was dispatched from jaipur on 25th Mar 2013 and in same day it was in Mumbai under Overnite Express Ltd and on 26th Mar 2013 it was assigned to Overnight Express Ltd sub service partner.
From 26th Mar 2013 to 5th Apr 2013 packet was not delivered, can check on line status under url : http://www.overnitenet.com/

Futhrer this is inform you that yesterday (6th Apr 2013) I received massage on my mobile +91 9967444656 as ” AWB 7953822531 has been delivered with sign.” wherein have not received said packet / document yet.

Same has been informed to company partner /service provider person Name : Ajay mobile : +91 9867520808 whom was assigned for this packet.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
