Transaction fraud

I want to inform you regarding some fraudulent transaction made against my sbi credit card 5101 2869 2520 1917 on 11-4-2014. i received a call and caller told me that I speaking from SBI Card. Your sbi card limit will be increases and a gift pack also sending to you without any payment made by you due to important card holder. I did not give any purchase order. I will not paid this amount of Rs 7899/- because this is a serious fraud. I wiants to return this gift pack.
