Transaction dispute

I did the icici credit card bill payment for ₹3000, which was initiated on 27/2/2018 but today it’s 28/3/18 still it’s not reflecting in my statement. I spoke to ICICI bank they say trasaction was never done. I speak to phone or they give with standard answer transaction done. After talking to twenty days I spoke to manager and he admit transaction issue from phone pe side and transaction was intiated again on 20/03/2018 and transaction ID is NX180227171247422 but again it didn’t reflect in my account

I need my money to get reversed
