NOC is not providing from last nine months

I have buy the two wheeler from Yamaha with loan support of bussan auto finance I am completed my loan tenure with regular emi Still I am waiting from last nine months for NOC and they are saying that you’re NOC will come as earlier possible so please help me to get NOC from bussan auto finance
