I had got opened my Trading Account with this Company amount of rs 20,000
on dated 12-05-2012. And I had plan to buy some good stock for my future.
But when I made a call to buy stock then I could come to know that my Trading Account has been traded and account balance is not sufficient to buy any stock.
Mr Mohit Singla (Mo No: 099887-66096) has traded from my Trading account without my permission, knowledge and consent. Now he does not pick my phone, I have visited to branch but he remains absent,
Mr. Salaj Arora (Mo No: 076960-75750) has advised me not to take any action against him he himself would take care and would revert me soon. But now no one is answering and taking any responsibility regarding this trade.
I have sent many mail to company greavance address but I am not getting any reply from the company side, now in Ludhiana branch no any concerned person is taking any responsibility regarding this illegal trading from my trading account without my knowledge.
It was all my heard earn money for my children future.
