Dear Sir

After blatantly being refused for the refund of Rs.50000/- or the Alaskan Tour as promised ( a written confirmation is with me) the Thomas Cook (India) Limited of 19B Shakespeare Sarani. Kolkata 700071, I have been left with no option but to knock the consumer forum for the appropriate action so that in future no other customer being duped like me. I advised to all future traveller to be very sure as what is being promised and get the written refund letter if the same is not met. My receipt and customer code number G110012203 dated 05/12/2011 .
