Hi,
We are in navi mumbai and we have a microtek inverter which is not working now, it is in warranty period.Inspite of raising multiple tickets, they do not bother to attend any of the tickets raised. All tickets are being closed as if the issues had been attended for no charge, but actually they haven’t attended to any of those tickets. They do not respond to any of the calls. They are just behaving unethically. Really a very very bad behaviour from the customer support. Please take necessarry action against them at the earliest as we are fed up of raising tickets.
