Dear Bhaskar, i had placed a complaint regarding non display of lcd screen of Toshiba portege, serial no-1C097670H,purchased on 30/3/2012 in kolkata,at appx645PM(complaint no-082112-339),and was promised that your service personal will visit me by 48 hours max.but unfortunately i am still waiting for the visit.As i am in share market, i have incurred huge loss due to your inaction and your inability to keep your promise. for your information i am forwarding this email to higher authorities including consumer complaint cell as well your head office and your channel partners both India and abroad.I would demand an immediate apology from you and redressal of my complaint,thanx-RAMAN REHANI(9830042583).
