I am having a suvidha savings Acount No. 5980506225, in Citi Bank, Branch- Connaught Place for last seven years. I had a healthy transaction for last five years but the bank officials have intimated that my this acount does not exist which was news to me. on constantly calling the bank nobody gave the appropariate answer to my query. it was also annoying that they have closed the account without giving any intimation regarding the same.
