I am Devendra Mehar, a previous employee of C-tech electronics located in Vashi Navi Mumbai.its a very small scale company and makes the employees to work like labours for 10 hours daily.after i left the company, the owner refused to give me my 20 days salary and when i asked for reason of doing this then he gave me very silly reason “that you left without notice period although there were no any notice period information given to any employee including me at the time of joining.” please help me out in getting my salary as soon as possible because it was the outcome of my hard work and i need it. thanking you
