i have open an HDFC-LIFE POLICY NO. 15003347, when i opened this policy i strictly told that i dont wnat auto debit from my account, as when i receive policy auto debit option for my account was disable, but it turn on on the date 20/12/1012, regarding this company donot make any type of communication with me, and on 9th march at 3.22 am i receive the message that payment has been made from your account,
actually i am going to pay the premium in the next month and in this month i have to make payment of credit card. now this company make payment by using auto debit which is not expected by me as i have already told them not to do so, now if i unable to the payment of credit card who is the responsible for the penalty made by the bank??????
for that i have to beg to others which is insulting me and want to justice
as these people having their own bank and own insurance company it does not means that if customer having payment available in his account then company make auto debit from account, and what is time at morning at 3.22 am is this is the time to make such transactions and at this time no customer care is opened for making complaint and nothing can be done by costumer at this time,
when i ask to customer care they says that definitely the mistake is our but we are hale less and we also don’t have higher authority contacts to give you? hows that possible that these person having no contact of there higher authorities????
when i asked about auto debit the told me that your auto debit facility is turned on on 20/12/2012.
what should i do now?
