they took 1700 rs online and deliver me different one necklace with 500 rs invoice.

i have ordered Classic Pearls Necklace Set by Abhivyaktaa and paid 1700 rs i have online transaction receipt .and they guys deliver me a necklace (which one is not even worth 500 rs) with 500 rs invoice and now i am trying to call their customer care then either it’s not connected or their all Representative are always busy. please help me guys.
