I have online booked lamination machine from ebay dated 11/4/2015.which product i received date 17/4/15. But ebay send me damaged product .which details are mentioned below paisa pay id 39032459090. Via dtdc courier. Full payment is done. I register complaints against replacement. & complaints id is 966148.they told me we are replaced damage laminator next day.but still i am waiting for replacement & right answer. & they are not answering me.
Kindly help me.& solve my problem.
