too slow net speed. i feel cheated

Name of company/service: idea netsetter

i had recharged my idea netsetter no. with 6gb of data worth rs 950. And just after 4 gb the connection, the speed went down to 125 kbps while surfing and i can hardly download anything. The !dea people are making fool of us and cheating on thier customers.
