Name of company/service: HDFC Loan Against Property
Dear Sirs, I have taken loan against my property for Rs 14025000.00 and And I have paid three month regular paying installment of Rs 205292.00 and further instalment regularly. I have my own fund genrated from my business and want to pay part repayment of Rs 3400000.00.
And now I want to pay additional Rs 3400000.00 in loan account and want to reduce the time period accordingly.
My request to look at matter as HDFC bank is charging 4% + service tax on earlier paying back part of loan amount.
As per general publics have to get reward for paying in earlier paying part of what ever the loan taken by them.
Here they are asking for charges for earlier paying back of loan part payment.
Can you guide me related to subject.
Why to pay extra charges as I have paid documents charges and paying intrest+ principal ammount as per schedule.
