Sub- Too many complaints regarding my brand new bike, in that I mailed to Honda India also but they are not giving me solution.
Respected Sir,
I am Mahendra Singh Raghuwanshi, Living at Bhopal M.P.
i purchased Honda shine on 6th july-12 from BGS Honda Bhopal and after just 30 days from purchase date i have faced too many problems in the same bike, my bike has gone 5-6 times to BGS service center . but mechanics has poor experience they are not able to give me proper solution. For the same problem I mailed 3 times to Honda india but they are also taking it lightly.
I am requesting you to do something against Honda.
I mailed following points to Honda india.
Dear Honda India team,
i am Mahendra Singh Raghuwanshi from Bhopal M.P., i purchased Honda shine on 6th july-12 from BGS Honda Bhopal and for your kind information after just 30 days from purchase date i have faced too many problems in your product, my bike has gone 5-6 times to BGS service center .
First of all your mechanics doesn’t believe on complaints and when they ready to expect problems after arguing at that time also they do not know how to take care of product and how to solve problems.
In the below i am writing my complaints and your treatments
Problem no-1
After 8 days from purchase- i faced problem of handle jam, that time i was not able to even drive my bike, then i contact BGS Honda service center they said to me please come, we will see and repair,
Solution no-1
i got solution.
Problem no-2
After first problem i faced big problem in gear box, in that i was facing problem of gear neutral, automatically gear shifts into the neutral condition specially at the time of gear shifting or when we are in jam position where i change gear frequently etc
Solution no-2
BGS mechanic s were not ready to understand my problem and they were saying first we will have experience and if we face the same problem then we will do something, i said this problem comes thrice and fourth time in 24 hours and if in 2-3 minute you will not get that problem then you will not treat my bike, then they replied yes. Then i planned to go to consumer forum but thought to define it in front of showroom manager and i defined then showroom manager said positively to solve my problem.
Then he said to a mechanic to see my problem, then mechanic took a test drive of just below 100 meter in that he got that problem which i was complaining and changed a spring in gear box. And now the same problem has reduced by 20%.
Problem no-3
Like problem no-1 i faced it again, one Sunday i went somewhere in middle way of my journey handle got jam tightly and i was not able to drive my bike even for single steps. Again i reached at BGS Honda service center.
Solution no-3
They changed something in bikes handle area. And please remember while giving me solution mechanic has removed all the external parts of my bike, Which is good bcz by removing parts we may not face scratches problem.
Problem no-4
After the solution of problem no -3, i am listening a noise from mask, which mechanic refitted while giving solution no-3.

I didn’t go to service center yet.
Problem no-5
Yesterday i was washing my bike at that time i saw two screws were not there (and i got why bcz mechanic opened gear box while giving me solution no-2)

Again Facing problem as like 1st and 3rd (handle jam)

Now I think I do not have options and I do not have to time visit service center again and again, so please guide me what do to next as soon as possible ?????????
