I have make an order on 27th July 2012 for Rakshabandhan gift, i have choose 30th July for delivery but the delivery date given by the website was 2nd Aug 2012.
But till today I didn’t receive the ordered Product from Indiatimes Shopping. After a lot of conversation with customer care executive of Indiatimes Shopping I did not get satisfactory answer. Continuously they was giving me fake promises because of they don’t have information about the status of given order.
