Dear Sir/ Madam
I have ordered a product named “Skil Mini Tool Set” from www.tolexo.com online on dated 11/12/2014 and paid the price on the same day via Credit Card. But the company has not dispatched the product up to now. I have made several complaints to the company but the answer i got always is that the seller is about to dispatch the product in 4-5 days.
But Neither I got the product nor i have received my money back even after about 2 months.
Please Look into the matter as early as possible.
