WITHIN SIX MONTH I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PHONE FOR REPAIRING
TWO TIME FOR SAME PROBLEM THAI IS ON /OFF SWITCH PROBLEM
AND EARPHONE FOR ONE TIME BECAUSE ONE EARPHONE IS NOT FUNCTIONING UNTIL I NOT RECEIVE PROPER EARPHONE THEY ARE GIVING ANOTHER ONE WITCH IS NOT PROPERLY FIT IN EARPHONE SOCKET
I ALSO TALK ABOUT THIS TO XOLO CUSTOMER OFFICER ON REFERENCE NO 13157 AND 13305.
I ALSO SEND EMAIL TO YOU ON THE EMAIL ID [email protected] BUT UNTIL I CAN;T RECEIVE ANY EMAIL ANSWER FROM YOU ON MY ISSUE

FOLLOWING THE COMPLAINT I HAD SEND TO XOLO CARE .

i have buy this xolo q 1000 opus 2 phone at 15/7/2014 that specification is as follows
IMEI NO IS 911369250053060
Due to ON/OFF switch problem i had submitted this mobile for repairing towards (dnyanaee enterprises malegaon dist nashik) xolo care at dated 4/10/2014 notification no is 310000825314 after repairin ,xolo care deliver the phone at dated 24/10/2014.
After that i submitted my phone for repairing because one speaker of head phone didn’t functioning notification no is 310000903768 dated 10/1/2014. until i can not receive my proper head phone dnyanaee enterprise malegaon replace it with another one not given proper head phone to me.
after that due to same problem ON OFF switch i submitted my phone again to dnyanaee enterprise malegaon nashik dated 10/1/2015.
until i can’t receive my phone.
due to above problem i am going in much metal and physical stress,so please replace my phone with same specification otherwies give me my money back. unless i will lodge the complaint against you in consumer forum. nashik . i am suffering much tension due to above problem .
if you can not replace phone with same specification your responsible for further problem which i am suffering.
so please consider my request and money back replace my phone .
yesterday i will sent same mail until i don’t get replay
i am also talking with your customer care officer on the following reference no. 13157 and 13305 please replace my phone with new one
