Following one discount add on Timtara and thinking it is the best deal to buy it from then I purchased one Samsung Galaxy S3 16GB Mobile Phone (Pebble Blue) through internet banking by using credit card payment on 19th October 2012. After completion of 3 week period I am still waiting for my product. Seeing no change in status I have followed-up with them. I called daily to Timtara Customer Care but no proper update from them. I have asked them to either ship it or cancel my order and refund my money or atleast give me a call back. But no response from them.
So I am posting this request hoping that you can help.
