I had purchased an item from Indiatimes Shopping vide Order Date : 29/10/2012 and
Order Id # 3001604323. The item was dispatched on 01/11/2012 through First Flight Courier with Tracking # D48624292. I was supposed to receive the consignment on 03/11/2012. But I am yet to receive it even on 09/11/2012. The consignment is being shown as “IN TRANSIT” at their website, but the status is not being updated. I have sent multiple inquiries to the said company through their website and email, but am yet to receive any acknowledgement or reply from them.
