I have purchased a laptop from timtara.com and made a payment of Rs.28,300 through my credit card. It has been more than 1 month yet I am not receiving the product.
I have also been calling them everyday to know the status of the product to which they have always been saying that the it will be shipped within the next 2-3 working days. Till now the product has not been shipped.
I have also been writing to them at [email protected] to which I have never received any response.
I feel cheated.
Kindly help me get the product or get a refund of my hard earned money.
