Dear FED EX,
I am so very disappointed with the services you people are providing in India. I thought Fed Ex is the same like you are operating in abroad, but you think in India everything is possible the way you want to handle the customers.
As a customer I suffered a lot, the incident is as follows –
• I booked my packet on 25th of June 2012 and your people said by 28th evening by 8pm it will reach to destination.
• On 28th I followed up and your people were saying your packet is in Hyderabad and first thing tomorrow that means on 29 th morning it will reach.
• On 29th I called so many times and I think by 4 pm spoken to Mr. Derek and later Ms. Deepti both committed that by 8 pm today ( 29th) your packet will reach to you.
• I received my consignment on 30th June 2012 at 4-30 PM.

What I want from you ( Fed Ex)
My Money Back along with compensation for mental torcher, harassments & wasting my precious time.
Explanation from Fed Ex someone senior person.
Although I received but positively see you in Mumbai court.
You people are talking that I am not suppose to call Fed ex because you are not involved directly, When I booked my consignment I received Fed ex receipt, when I am tracking it will be only through Fed Ex website, your Hyderabad office who was holding my consignment was fed ex god owns, the delivery van was painted Fed Ex, the delivery boy was from Fed ex and your people are saying nothing to do with fed ex, I will show you people what can Indian can do.
I am consulting my Lawyer, How Can I take you to the court.
You people took me granted but now let me show you that what can I do to fed ex.
