I had placed an order for Acer AOD 270 Aspire One Netbook online on 5th June 2012 at 11:11 AM IST through timtara.com.
They had and have documented a Delivery in 15-20 Working Days.
Their website also states “Shipping
timtara is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame.
We currently deliver to more than 2700+ cities across India.
We ship through out the week, except sunday & public holidays.”
If I consider that they work 6 days a week, today is the 22nd working day. And my laptop is yet to be shipped….
My order still shows Awaiting Shipment.
I have called them multiple times and I have also emailed them 3 times. I have not received responses to my emails or complaints that I have logged online.
When I call them they say that they have lodged a complaint with their backend department and will ship the article as soon as possible…..
Can some one help me or advice me take action on timtara or help me get a resolution please….
