Professional Couriers lost my important document

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is Ms Jyoti Prabh. I had send a courier from Bangalore to Lakhisarai (Bihar) dated 7th May 2012 via Professional Couriers, Consignment no. BLR71099361. It neither reached the address nor i am getting any response after putting a complain with Professional Couriers (Complaint no:1975). I have been visiting their office in Bangalore already more than 10-15 times but they do not give any satisfactory answer.
I would request Consumer court to take necessary action on the same & help me in getting my courier back at the earliest.
