Sir,
I have purchased Videocon V1675 Mobile through Times of India Shopping bearing Order No: 3001095744. When i started used the mobile, there is lot of problem in signals in the phone. Hence i visited near by Service Centre SV Communication: Addres: Shop No.106, 1st Floor, Sai Vikram Towers Near Kukatpally Bus Stop, Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500072, Ph: 04064577257, 9985633458. But Service Centre Person not accepted and he told that already seal is broken. and i have complained the same to india times. Call centre person from india times given me suggestion to Collect DOA Form from the service centre and send after filling the form. But the service center persons obliging to give the DOA Form and more over they are not responding properly. Again i have informed the same to India times Call Center and registered a complaint Either to Replace the Mobile or to Cancel the order and refund amount (complain no: 267144). India Times Shopping has issued me faulty Hand Set. I am not at all using the hand set. I am requesting to India Times Shopping concerned to Person to take the responsibility Either to Replace my Handset or to refund of My Money. If Cant i will approach Consumer Court and lodge complain. Kindly do needful
Even after 2 Months after registering complain at Times of India there is no response from them
