Star CJ is delivering Faulty products everytime

Hello my name is Deepak and I booked a Bajaj Tower cooler TC 2008, order no: 20120622031605 online on 23.06.2012 and it got delivered on 26/06/2012, After delivery I unpacked the carton and found that It wasn’t working, I called StarCJ’s customer care they told me that we have delivered the product and if it is faulty then you should contact Bajaj customer care, I was totally disappointed because it was a pathetic answer on their end. However I placed a request for replacement and after calling so many times to customer care it got delivered on 14/7/2012. When I unpacked that carton it was broken and also not working like the 1st one.
2nd time it was more faulty, So I called the customer care they again forced me to get it repaired from Bajaj. I said WHY????? Because I purchased a new product not 2nd hand and I can understand if a product needs repairing after a year or later but on the 1st day it wasn’t digestable. That means StarCJ has faulty products, they used to say that our quality checkers checks every product before delivering which is a false statement to fool the customers. However I got a call from their mumbai department they told me that this time it’ll delivered in 2 – 4 working days and this time it won’t be faulty But it’s been a week and I don’t have any assurance where my product is. I’m totally robbed by them, I wasted my 4500/- and I can’t tell in words how much mental harrasment I’m bearing for it bcoz there was guests at my home when I ordered this product, they are gone and the summer is gone as well it’s been a month and still no hope whether they will deliver it or not coz now I don’t need replacement I want a refund and that kind of mental harrasment which they gave me that is not refundable at any price.
