Tikona, Worst service Providers

I am also attaching the receipt I immediately received from tikona after I made the payment. I am not at all satisfied with the service I have received from tikona altogether.

First of all your field engineers came to my home for the demonstration purpose. These engineers don’t have a clear idea about any internet queries. Then they called their manager and asked me to talk with him. The person named, Mr. Manoj A. Yadav (+91 7738317757, [email protected]) spoke with me saying he was Area Sales Manager. He assured me that he will assist me for any further doubts regarding the installation as well as ant technical support saying that I can call him any time. One of his field engineers offered me his visiting card, where it was mentioned he was a tikona employee only. He promised me that the installation will happen in 3 working days. When I accepted that offer, he asked me to make the cash payment but I insisted on making the payment online. Surprisingly he took the remote of my PC when I was making the card payment, and upon asking him he told that this is the way they follow all the times. It was new thing for me that Tikona ask customer to make online payments through remote access, what about my Card’s Privacy?

After the payment made on 10th July 2012, I immediately received the receipt of the payment from tikona. I waited for 3 working days and I never got any call from your installation team. After 3 days, I tried calling field engineers who came at my home for demonstration; they said Mr. Manoj will have information about this. I tried calling him then. I called him for 10-15 times but he did not responded. Next day I again tried calling him. To be specific I was calling him in working hours only, where he is supposed to answer the calls as promised by him. The next day, I called him for 42 times. He was either disconnecting my calls or not replying to them. I was pissed off from this. So finally when he picked up my call, my tone reflected my anger. To that Mr. Manoj A. Yadav, started using a very abusive language and threatened me for my life. He was having my complete information. Now my doubt is why tikona is appointing such people as Area Sales Manager, who don’t have any manners to talk with the customers at all. When he offered me his visiting card to me, it means he will be the speaker person to me on behalf of tikona, and Mr. Manoj A. Yadav asked me did he took the money from me? He should understand this simple thing that being the tikona employee; it’s his responsibility to attend customers not just to speak with them to increase his sales only and later on using such language with customers. My question is, your so called ‘Area Sales Manager’ doesn’t have simple etiquette that how to talk, when he is working in service industry?

Then I stopped calling him. I tried reaching toll free customer care number. It takes 15-20 minutes of waiting time every time I tried calling. After so much of patience, when the representative talked with me, every time they(called them many times and the names were, shahid, sufiyan and I don’t remember all the names now) said that they will process my request on high priority basis and my installation will happen on the same day itself. Every time they assured me that, someone from Installation team will call me. But till date I have not received a single phone call or a single email from tikona, as if you are least bothered about you customers. You have appointed ‘gundas’ in your team who can threaten the customers if customer is calling them for help. What kind of service you people are offering? None of the customer care representative send me any acknowledgment number after my communication with them. Upon asking that I want to speak with their supervisors, they said to send an email to customer care. I want to ask, Don’t you have any supervisor or manager at customer care department?

To sum up, Tikona is the worst service provider I have come across in my entire life. Now I don’t want to continue any subscription with you people. I want to cancel my registration and please tell me whether I will get my money returned to me or not?

I want to raise this entire issue to consumer forum and over social networking sites also so that no one would suffer the way I am suffering.

At least now, revert me ASAP with what action you will take against Mr. Manoj A. Yadav and what about my cancellation?
