The entire scenario is that on I purchased the Cell phone on 16th February 2012 and the very next day my phone was dead and when I went to the service center they told me that it was a minor issue and they uploaded the software and provided me back. After few days the same scenario happened and I submitted the phone in the Service center. The next day I received the cellphone back but it starting troubling me with the same issue. I have myself uploaded the software more than 5 times when I am outstation at client premises. I took this phone for my official process but I am just receiving problems.
There have been 5 job sheets created for this phone but every time after few days the issue comes back. I had submitted the phone and it was sent to Gurgaon office and received the phone back on 04th July 2012 and again today 24th July 2012 the same issue has creeped up and have submitted the same to the service center.
