We were facing network issues with the Wifi services provided by the said vendor. We called Customer care several time but didnot got any remedy. Getting annoyed with that we faile a connection disconnect request having acknowledge no as 1-3103985513 on 13-05-2014. Our billing cycle is form 15 of current month to 15th of next english calendar month.
However to avoid the dues for the month of May-June we disconnected the device & didnot used even a single byte. Despite of this company has raised a bill .
