number was deactivated for 3 days

Respected Sir,

I am customer (Vijay Gangrade S/O Mr. Rajesh Gangrade) of Reliance Prepaid No. 7879727476. I have been using this number from last 4 years.

I requested customer care to covert this number from Postpaid to Prepaid for which this number was deactivated for 3 days.

After that this number is deactivate after the prepaid activation without any pre-information, when I talked to customer support department they told me to submit the document which I already submitted 3 days before.

Now Consumer Forum Department replying that it got deactivated from Bhopal.

I got messed up in calling customer support and getting different replies.

This result in missing some of major emergency calls. I been the customer of reliance from last 4 year, i never expect such a irresponsible support from Reliance end.
