i have id of tikona wifi and i am using it since 2009 my id is 1108664821, but since last year i am not happy with their service, so switched to other company but this company is sending bill after disconnection request and its prepaid service i have subscribed even though they are doing mental harassment by emails, sms, and phone calls. request to stop such thing to your customer who is loyal to you since last 8 years.
