I have done a transaction of amount Rs. 10000 through HDFC Payzapp on 23rd March 2017. Amount got deducted but transaction got failed. We have called to their customer care multiple times, but not yet received the amount. Everytime I call them they keep on saying you will get the amount by today end of the day. This is really disgusting.
