Tikona keep on sending bills for no usage of their service..

Location/place: Attapur/Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Tikona Internet Service Provider

I have requested for disconnection of my internet connection on 23rd February 2012( and settle the bill up to that date) by sending the email below to Tikona:

Hi,

May I request you to close my tikona internet account with immediate effect.
Reason for disconnection request : Someone from Tikona has come to our apartments on 21st Feb 2012 saying that they have received complaints that internet connections were very slow and tikona wanted to resolve the issue. For that they have to take out all the external cables and antenna which was placed on top of the apartment roof. Once they resolve the issue they will enable connection for all customers.
It’s been two days and we have not heard anything from Tikona. When I contact customer care couple of times, even they are not able to confirm nor give information.

Please note that I lost my mobile number which is currently available in tikona contacts. If required to contact may I request you to contact my spouse on 88860 49785.

And I have received the reply from their Customer Service dated 27th February 2012 as below:

After that their customer service has called me couple of times if they can restore the service and give me some offers to be with them. I have clearly mentioned I am not interested in Tikona internet service.

One of their representative contacted me when I was out of city and nothing happenned after that.

Tikona keep on sending bills for no usage of their service.
